Thermal imaging survey for Tewkesbury properties
Tewkesbury sits in Gloucestershire, about 9 miles north of Gloucester. We work across the GL20 district, including nearby Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud.
Where a Tewkesbury wall shows cold patches or damp, the survey targets those areas first rather than sampling at random. The written result for your Tewkesbury property is plain English: what we found, what it means and what, if anything, to do next.
Every elevation is judged on its own exposure. Gloucestershire has a mix of moderate and more exposed sites. Hilltop, coastal and west-facing walls take the brunt of wind-driven rain, so the survey records exposure for each elevation before a material is chosen.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Tewkesbury, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Rules in England

What thermal images can and cannot show
They show patterns, not proof. A cooler stripe inside might be missing fill, a cold bridge at a lintel or simply a radiator switched off. That is why we pair the images with borescope checks before recommending any work.
