Social housing and estate programmes for Loughton properties
Loughton is among the towns we cover in Essex.
Blocks of flats in Loughton are surveyed as a whole, because the cavity runs across every flat in the building. For landlords and managing agents in Loughton, we survey in batches and return a result sheet and fixed price per address.
Every elevation is judged on its own exposure. Much of Essex sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
As for paperwork, in Loughton filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Quality after ECO
The National Audit Office's October 2025 report found serious failings in some government-funded installs. We work survey-first, record every stage, and name the installer and guarantee on each order.
