Social housing and estate programmes for Irvine properties
We cover Irvine and the KA12 postcode district, including nearby Kilmarnock and Ayr. It is around 6 miles west of Kilmarnock.
Blocks of flats in Irvine are surveyed as a whole, because the cavity runs across every flat in the building. For commercial buildings in Irvine, the survey also considers building use and fire requirements before a material is specified.
Local weather affects which walls can be filled. Parts of Ayrshire face some of the heaviest wind-driven rain in the UK, especially exposed coastal and upland sites. Here the survey is stricter: some walls suit only certain certified systems, and some should not be filled at all.
As for paperwork, in Irvine no building warrant is needed for insulation within a wall, but the work must meet the building standards.

Quality after ECO
The National Audit Office's October 2025 report found serious failings in some government-funded installs. We work survey-first, record every stage, and name the installer and guarantee on each order.
