Repointing and pre-insulation repairs for Nuneaton properties
Nuneaton is among the towns we cover in Warwickshire, alongside Bedworth, Kenilworth and Rugby. It is roughly 17 miles north of Warwick.
Damp in an insulated Nuneaton home is not always the insulation's fault, so the diagnosis comes before any extraction. Defects such as failed pointing, leaking gutters and bridged damp-proof courses are listed and priced separately for Nuneaton properties, so you can choose who fixes them.
Local weather affects which walls can be filled. Much of Warwickshire sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
On the rules side, if cavity wall insulation follows in Nuneaton, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.

Why repairs come first
Energy Saving Trust advice is to fix brickwork, pointing, roofs, gutters and downpipes before filling. A filled cavity is less forgiving of a wet outer leaf than an empty one, so we price repairs separately and you choose who carries them out.
