Loft insulation for Coventry properties
Our West Midlands coverage takes in Coventry (CV1) and nearby Solihull, Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham. It is around 17 miles east of Birmingham.
In Coventry homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip. Where a Coventry home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
In terms of approvals, if cavity wall insulation follows in Coventry, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.
