Loft insulation for Newburn properties
If your property is in Newburn or the NE15 district or nearby Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead and Wallsend, it is within our Tyne and Wear coverage. It is about 5 miles west of Newcastle upon Tyne.
In Newburn homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip. Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Newburn homes of every age.
On the rules side, if cavity wall insulation follows in Newburn, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
