Loft insulation for Longton properties
If your property is in Longton or the ST3 district or nearby Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle under Lyme and Kidsgrove, it is within our Staffordshire coverage. It is around 2 miles south-east of Stoke-on-Trent.
Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Longton homes of every age. Where a Longton home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
As for paperwork, if cavity wall insulation follows in Longton, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
