Loft insulation for Brecon properties
If your property is in Brecon or the LD3 district or nearby Llandrindod Wells and Newtown, it is within our Powys coverage. It is roughly 39 miles south of Newtown.
Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Brecon homes of every age. Where a Brecon home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Brecon, filling a cavity is notifiable work under the Building Regulations as they apply in Wales, usually self-certified through a competent person scheme.
Funding in Wales
In Wales, Warm Homes Nest offers free improvements to eligible low-income households, and ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026.
