Loft insulation for Southport properties
If your property is in Southport or the PR8 district or nearby Formby, Maghull and Kirkby, it is within our Merseyside coverage. It is around 16 miles north of Liverpool.
In Southport homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip. Where a Southport home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
In terms of approvals, if cavity wall insulation follows in Southport, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.
