Loft insulation for Kirkby properties
If your property is in Kirkby or the L32 district or nearby Maghull, Prescot and Bootle, it is within our Merseyside coverage. It is about 6 miles north-east of Liverpool.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Kirkby homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. In Kirkby homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip.
On the rules side, if cavity wall insulation follows in Kirkby, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

What we check
Existing depth and condition, ventilation at the eaves, water tanks and pipes that need insulating, downlighters that need covers, and storage boarding that needs raising so insulation is not crushed.
