Loft insulation for Golborne properties
We cover Golborne and the WA12 postcode district, including nearby Newton-le-Willows, St Helens and Prescot. It is about 16 miles east of Liverpool.
In Golborne homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip. Where a Golborne home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Golborne, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
