Loft insulation for Morecambe properties
Morecambe sits in Lancashire, around 22 miles north of Preston. We work across the LA4 district, including nearby Lancaster, Fleetwood and Thornton-Cleveleys.
In Morecambe homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip. Where a Morecambe home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Morecambe, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

What we check
Existing depth and condition, ventilation at the eaves, water tanks and pipes that need insulating, downlighters that need covers, and storage boarding that needs raising so insulation is not crushed.
