Loft insulation for Chorley properties
If your property is in Chorley or the PR6 district or nearby Leyland, Darwen and Preston, it is within our Lancashire coverage. It is about 9 miles south-east of Preston.
In Chorley homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip. Where a Chorley home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
As for paperwork, if cavity wall insulation follows in Chorley, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.
