Loft insulation for Accrington properties
Our Lancashire coverage takes in Accrington (BB5) and nearby Rawtenstall, Blackburn and Darwen. It is roughly 14 miles east of Preston.
In Accrington homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip. Where an Accrington home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
On the rules side, if cavity wall insulation follows in Accrington, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.
