Loft insulation for Folkestone properties
Folkestone is among the towns we cover in Kent, alongside Dover, Ashford and Deal. It is around 31 miles south-east of Maidstone.
Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Folkestone homes of every age. Where a Folkestone home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
In terms of approvals, if cavity wall insulation follows in Folkestone, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.
