Loft insulation for Kirkwall properties
If your property is in Kirkwall or the KW15 district or nearby Thurso, it is within our Highlands and Islands coverage. Island addresses are surveyed by arrangement.
Where a Kirkwall home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time. We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Kirkwall homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry.
For regulations, if cavity wall insulation follows in Kirkwall, no building warrant is needed for insulation within a wall, but the work must meet the building standards.
