Loft insulation for Rickmansworth properties
If your property is in Rickmansworth or the WD3 district or nearby Watford, Hemel Hempstead and Borehamwood, it is within our Hertfordshire coverage. It is roughly 10 miles south-west of St Albans.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Rickmansworth homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. Where a Rickmansworth home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
In terms of approvals, if cavity wall insulation follows in Rickmansworth, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
