Loft insulation for Leominster properties
If your property is in Leominster or the HR6 district or nearby Hereford, Ledbury and Ross-on-Wye, it is within our Herefordshire coverage. It is roughly 12 miles north of Hereford.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Leominster homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. In Leominster homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Leominster, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

What we check
Existing depth and condition, ventilation at the eaves, water tanks and pipes that need insulating, downlighters that need covers, and storage boarding that needs raising so insulation is not crushed.
