Loft insulation for Surbiton properties
Surbiton sits in Greater London, around 11 miles south-west of London. We work across the KT6 district, including nearby New Malden, Hampton and Morden.
Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Surbiton homes of every age. We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Surbiton homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry.
As for paperwork, if cavity wall insulation follows in Surbiton, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

What we check
Existing depth and condition, ventilation at the eaves, water tanks and pipes that need insulating, downlighters that need covers, and storage boarding that needs raising so insulation is not crushed.
