Loft insulation for Southend-on-Sea properties
Southend-on-Sea is among the towns we cover in Essex, alongside Rayleigh, Canvey Island and South Benfleet. It is roughly 17 miles south-east of Chelmsford.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Southend-on-Sea homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Southend-on-Sea homes of every age.
In terms of approvals, if cavity wall insulation follows in Southend-on-Sea, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
