Loft insulation for Billericay properties
Our Essex coverage takes in Billericay (CM12) and nearby Basildon, Wickford and Brentwood. It is around 7 miles south of Chelmsford.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Billericay homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. Where a Billericay home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
As for paperwork, if cavity wall insulation follows in Billericay, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

What we check
Existing depth and condition, ventilation at the eaves, water tanks and pipes that need insulating, downlighters that need covers, and storage boarding that needs raising so insulation is not crushed.
