Loft insulation for Hailsham properties
Hailsham sits in East Sussex, roughly 17 miles east of Brighton. We work across the BN27 district, including nearby Eastbourne, Seaford and Bexhill-on-Sea.
In Hailsham homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip. We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Hailsham homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry.
In terms of approvals, if cavity wall insulation follows in Hailsham, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

What we check
Existing depth and condition, ventilation at the eaves, water tanks and pipes that need insulating, downlighters that need covers, and storage boarding that needs raising so insulation is not crushed.
