Loft insulation for Dronfield properties
We cover Dronfield and the S18 postcode district, including nearby Chesterfield, Staveley and Alfreton. It is roughly 26 miles north of Derby.
In Dronfield homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip. Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Dronfield homes of every age.
On the rules side, if cavity wall insulation follows in Dronfield, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
