Loft insulation for Limavady properties
We cover Limavady and the BT49 postcode district, including nearby Coleraine, Derry and Magherafelt. It is about 14 miles east of Derry.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Limavady homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. In Limavady homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Limavady, inserting cavity wall insulation needs a building control application to the council before work starts.
