Loft insulation for Thornaby-on-Tees properties
Our County Durham coverage takes in Thornaby-on-Tees (TS17) and nearby Stockton-on-Tees, Billingham and Darlington. It is about 20 miles south-east of Durham.
Where a Thornaby-on-Tees home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time. In Thornaby-on-Tees homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip.
As for paperwork, if cavity wall insulation follows in Thornaby-on-Tees, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
