Loft insulation for Thatcham properties
If your property is in Thatcham or the RG19 district or nearby Newbury, Reading and Lower Earley, it is within our Berkshire coverage. It is around 13 miles west of Reading.
In Thatcham homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip. Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Thatcham homes of every age.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Thatcham, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
