Grant and funding check for Colchester properties
Colchester sits in Essex, around 21 miles north-east of Chelmsford. We work across the CO1 district, including nearby Clacton-on-Sea, Witham and Maldon.
If a Colchester household does not qualify, you can still have a free survey and a fixed private price, with no obligation. Eligibility for the official schemes usually depends on income or benefits, the home's EPC rating and who owns it, so the check starts with those questions.
