Grant and funding check for Ampthill properties
Our Bedfordshire coverage takes in Ampthill (MK45) and nearby Bedford, Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard. It is about 7 miles south of Bedford.
Eligibility for the official schemes usually depends on income or benefits, the home's EPC rating and who owns it, so the check starts with those questions. Funded schemes in England open and close through the year, so we check what is running now rather than relying on old leaflets.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.
