Draught-proofing for Kidderminster properties
We cover Kidderminster and the DY11 postcode district, including nearby Stourport-on-Severn, Bromsgrove and Droitwich. It is about 14 miles north of Worcester.
In Kidderminster homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip. Where a Kidderminster home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Kidderminster, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Ventilation still matters
Trickle vents, air bricks and extractor fans are there for a reason. We seal accidental gaps, not the ventilation your home needs to keep condensation down.
