Draught-proofing for Littlehampton properties
If your property is in Littlehampton or the BN17 district or nearby Bognor Regis, Worthing and Chichester, it is within our West Sussex coverage. It is roughly 26 miles south-west of Crawley.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Littlehampton homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. In Littlehampton homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Littlehampton, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Ventilation still matters
Trickle vents, air bricks and extractor fans are there for a reason. We seal accidental gaps, not the ventilation your home needs to keep condensation down.
