Draught-proofing for Walton-on-Thames properties
Walton-on-Thames is among the towns we cover in Surrey, alongside Sunbury-on-Thames, Esher and Staines. It is roughly 12 miles north-east of Guildford.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Walton-on-Thames homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. In Walton-on-Thames homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip.
For regulations, if cavity wall insulation follows in Walton-on-Thames, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Ventilation still matters
Trickle vents, air bricks and extractor fans are there for a reason. We seal accidental gaps, not the ventilation your home needs to keep condensation down.
