Draught-proofing for Lichfield properties
Lichfield sits in Staffordshire, roughly 27 miles south-east of Stoke-on-Trent. We work across the WS13 district, including nearby Burntwood, Tamworth and Rugeley.
Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Lichfield homes of every age. We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Lichfield homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Lichfield, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Ventilation still matters
Trickle vents, air bricks and extractor fans are there for a reason. We seal accidental gaps, not the ventilation your home needs to keep condensation down.
