Draught-proofing for Northampton properties
If your property is in Northampton or the NN1 district or nearby Wellingborough, Daventry and Rushden, it is within our Northamptonshire coverage. Northampton is one of the main towns we cover in Northamptonshire.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Northampton homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. In Northampton homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip.
For regulations, if cavity wall insulation follows in Northampton, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Ventilation still matters
Trickle vents, air bricks and extractor fans are there for a reason. We seal accidental gaps, not the ventilation your home needs to keep condensation down.
