Draught-proofing for Leicester properties
Our Leicestershire coverage takes in Leicester (LE1) and nearby Oadby, Wigston Magna and Loughborough. Leicester is one of the main towns we cover in Leicestershire.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Leicester homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Leicester homes of every age.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Leicester, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Ventilation still matters
Trickle vents, air bricks and extractor fans are there for a reason. We seal accidental gaps, not the ventilation your home needs to keep condensation down.
