Draught-proofing for Willesden properties
If your property is in Willesden or the NW10 district or nearby Cricklewood, Notting Hill and Shepherds Bush, it is within our Greater London coverage. It is roughly 5 miles west of London.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Willesden homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Willesden homes of every age.
In terms of approvals, if cavity wall insulation follows in Willesden, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Ventilation still matters
Trickle vents, air bricks and extractor fans are there for a reason. We seal accidental gaps, not the ventilation your home needs to keep condensation down.
