Draught-proofing for Newton Abbot properties
Newton Abbot sits in Devon, around 14 miles south of Exeter. We work across the TQ12 district, including nearby Torquay, Paignton and Exmouth.
Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Newton Abbot homes of every age. We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Newton Abbot homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Newton Abbot, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Ventilation still matters
Trickle vents, air bricks and extractor fans are there for a reason. We seal accidental gaps, not the ventilation your home needs to keep condensation down.
