Draught-proofing for Penzance properties
If your property is in Penzance or the TR18 district or nearby Camborne, Redruth and Falmouth, it is within our Cornwall coverage. It is around 24 miles south-west of Truro.
Where a Penzance home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time. In Penzance homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip.
On the rules side, if cavity wall insulation follows in Penzance, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Ventilation still matters
Trickle vents, air bricks and extractor fans are there for a reason. We seal accidental gaps, not the ventilation your home needs to keep condensation down.
