Draught-proofing for Northwich properties
Northwich sits in Cheshire, about 16 miles east of Chester. We work across the CW9 district, including nearby Winsford, Warrington and Runcorn.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Northwich homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. Where a Northwich home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
As for paperwork, if cavity wall insulation follows in Northwich, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Ventilation still matters
Trickle vents, air bricks and extractor fans are there for a reason. We seal accidental gaps, not the ventilation your home needs to keep condensation down.
