Cavity wall suitability survey for Kidderminster properties
Kidderminster sits in Worcestershire, around 14 miles north of Worcester. We work across the DY11 district, including nearby Stourport-on-Severn, Bromsgrove and Droitwich.
A survey in Kidderminster gives you facts before anyone drills: what the wall is, what is in the cavity and whether it is sound. Every inspection point in Kidderminster is photographed and logged, so you have a record to show a buyer, lender or contractor.
Exposure matters for every cavity wall. Worcestershire has a mix of moderate and more exposed sites. Hilltop, coastal and west-facing walls take the brunt of wind-driven rain, so the survey records exposure for each elevation before a material is chosen.
As for paperwork, in Kidderminster filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Rules in England
