Borescope cavity inspection for West Bromwich properties
We cover West Bromwich and the B70 postcode district, including nearby Smethwick, Wednesbury and Tipton. It is around 5 miles north-west of Birmingham.
Every inspection point in West Bromwich is photographed and logged, so you have a record to show a buyer, lender or contractor. The written result for your West Bromwich property is plain English: what we found, what it means and what, if anything, to do next.
Local weather affects which walls can be filled. The West Midlands has a mix of moderate and more exposed sites. Hilltop, coastal and west-facing walls take the brunt of wind-driven rain, so the survey records exposure for each elevation before a material is chosen.
For regulations, if cavity wall insulation follows in West Bromwich, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
