Borescope cavity inspection for Esher properties
Esher is among the towns we cover in Surrey, alongside Walton-on-Thames, Sunbury-on-Thames and Epsom. It is about 13 miles north-east of Guildford.
The written result for your Esher property is plain English: what we found, what it means and what, if anything, to do next. Every inspection point in Esher is photographed and logged, so you have a record to show a buyer, lender or contractor.
Every elevation is judged on its own exposure. Much of Surrey sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
As for paperwork, if cavity wall insulation follows in Esher, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.

How many holes?
Enough to be representative: typically several per elevation, plus targeted checks below windows, at corners and near any damp patches. Each one is photographed and logged.
