Borescope cavity inspection for Telford properties
Telford sits in Shropshire, roughly 13 miles east of Shrewsbury. We work across the TF4 district, including nearby Wellington and Shrewsbury.
The written result for your Telford property is plain English: what we found, what it means and what, if anything, to do next. Every inspection point in Telford is photographed and logged, so you have a record to show a buyer, lender or contractor.
Exposure matters for every cavity wall. Shropshire has a mix of moderate and more exposed sites. Hilltop, coastal and west-facing walls take the brunt of wind-driven rain, so the survey records exposure for each elevation before a material is chosen.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Telford, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.

When a borescope check helps
Before filling, to confirm the cavity is empty and clean. Before buying a house, to see if the EPC's claim of 'filled cavity' is true. When damp has appeared and you need to know whether the fill is wet or bridged. Before a top-up, to map which panels are empty.
